Terms & Conditions:
The application is filed by the Applicant(s) for the plot/unit and SSE Projects. Reserves the right to refuse or allot the plot/unit to the Applicant. This application will be processed by SSE Projects only after encashment of the Cheque/DD for the booking amount by the applicant, together with the application form complete in all respects.
The applicant shall accompany seal-attested proof of address and a Pan Card copy of the applicant/s. If the applicant is in joint names, both applicants need to sign the application form.
The applicant(s) have satisfied themselves with the legal file of the property and have submitted the application to SSE Projects for blocking the plot/unit.
The applicant(s) agree to execute the Agreement of Sale for the plot/unit in SSE Projects’ standard format within the stipulated period of 10 days from the date of Application.
The approach further agrees that the allotment letter issued by SSE Projects is the provisional allotment letter and will be final only after the applicants execute the Agreement of Sale and agree to abide by the terms and conditions laid down therein.
The applicant(s) agree to make installment payments within the time limit specified in the Demand letter, not withholding execution of the Agreement of Sale or sanction of bank loan, etc. Any delay or default in making payment of the installment, SSE Projects shall charge simple interest @ 18% per annum for the outstanding due payments.
The applicant(s) agree that no transfer/resale of the plot/unit will be allowed prior to payment of 60% of the total agreement value. Transfer fee of Rs. 200 per sq-ft. for transfer/resale, shall be payable to SSE Projects by the transferor.
The applicant(s) state that in case they decide to cancel the booking/agreement and if the same is considered/approved by SSE Projects, then SSE Projects is entitled to recover 15% of the total agreement value, and the interest accrued till that date at the time of cancellation.
Applicant(s) shall be liable to pay taxes, duties, and statutory levies of whatever nature, and the taxes, duties, and statutory levies paid by the applicant(s) cannot be refunded by SSE Projects. After cancellation, SSE Projects is entitled to re-allot and reset the plot/unit to any other person and on such terms and conditions as SSE Projects deems it and repay to the applicant(s) the balance amount, if any, within 12 weeks from the date of resale.
In case if the applicants(s) fail to execute the Agreement of Sale within the prescribed period as specified herein above or if delay/default in payment continues for a period of 90 days then SSE Projects shall be entitled to cancel the booking/agreement and recover 15% of the agreement, and the interest accrued, administration charges if any at the time of cancellation,
Applicant(s) shall be liable to pay all taxes, duties, and statutory levies of whatsoever nature, and the taxes, duties, and statutory levies paid by the applicants cannot be refunded by SSE Projects. After cancellation, SSE Projects is entitled to re-allot and resell the plot/unit to any other person, and the conditions as SSE Projects Deems fit and repay to the applicant(s) the balance amount, if any, within 12 weeks from the date of resale.
SSE Projects. Shall have the first lien on the said plot/unit for all dues payable by the Applicant(s)/allottee(s) to SSE Projects.
The applicant(s) agree that only a written and signed commitment by authorized personnel of SSE Projects. Not below the rank of Director, will be honoured.
All spaces provided in this application form shall be appropriately filled. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. All disputes relating to/arising out of the application are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
In case of the Company being the First Applicant, the company would love to provide the Board resolution along with the covering.
